CWC stands for Conor Walsh Coach. The CWC Method is built around six pillars that, in combination, define what it means to be athletic: Strength, Speed, Power, Conditioning, Mobility and Resilience.
The CWC Standards translate athletic qualities into measurable, repeatable tests: push-ups, pull-ups, 20m sprint, vertical and broad jumps, 1km run, deep squat and single-leg balance. Each test scores you Bronze, Silver, Gold or Elite. Your overall standard tells you exactly where to focus next.
Every program is written, reviewed and updated by Conor and the CWC team. Members get access to programs, tracking, education content and live events — built to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
